Powered by a 627cc Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine, which combines a V-Twin cylinder configuration with overhead valves, thereby ensuring fuel consumption, vibration, noise and emissions are all kept at manageable levels. The mower features a high and low range gearbox plus an infinitely-variable hydrostatic drive, ensuring obstacles can be negotiated easily. With a forward speed of up to 10 km/h, you can make short work of most tasks.
Constructed around a reinforced tubular-steel frame, the RM982F is capable of withstanding the normal bumps and knocks of hard working life. The low centre of gravity, 4-wheel drive and all-terrain tyres ensure that its no match for slippery, uneven and steep terrain.
Equipped a 97.5 cm cutting width, the RM 982F features two swing blades on either side of the central blade, allowing it to clear large areas of tough brush quickly and effortlessly.
