Collection/Delivery Policy
All goods purchased through our website are only offered on a “Click and Collect” basis, this means that the goods are paid for in full before collecting from our premises once we have approved the order and given you a collection date (for more information on our click and collect policy please see our terms and conditions). Should you require local delivery of any of the goods advertised on our website we can sometimes accommodate this on a case by case basis but you should not purchase the goods via the Website. Instead please contact us via email or telephone.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If your reason for return is because you do not want the product anymore then the product needs to be returned to us, at our premises, in pristine, unused condition with all relevant paperwork and packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to return. We will then offer either an exchange or a voucher.
Our products are always checked before handover but if in the extreme case you believe your goods to be faulty and you do not wish for us to repair or put the machine right then you have 30 days to return them for a refund.
