Click and Collect Service:

For avoidance of doubt, the advertisements appearing in this site constitute an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer. If you wish to purchase goods from us you should do so by adding the item to your cart and completing billing and relevant details as prompted at this site. Payment of goods must be received in full via our payment method on the website. This order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted or that we are guaranteeing supply. A contract of purchase will be entered when we email/telephone you with acceptance and a time allocation to collect your goods. Should we be unable to fulfil your “offer to buy” due to lack of stock or other unforeseen circumstances we will contact you via the contact details you provided when making your offer to order the product, you will then be given the option of a full refund via the payment method or alternatives depending on the circumstance.
It is the users responsibility to ensure that all information entered during the shopping cart process is correct. We are only able to contact you to confirm an order on the information you provide.
We only offer a collection facility with all products being collected from our Bovey Tracey Premises. This way we can hand the item over to you explaining any procedures and answering any questions. The personal handover is acknowledgement that you have received the goods in undamaged full working order.
